We needed a place close to the Metra for St Patty's weekend that was walkable and would hold a large group. This was exactly what I needed and it worked out perfectly! Hosts were very friendly and always responsive when anything was needed! Highly recommend, great location!

We came to the Riot fest and it was very near to the apartment. I had no problem with accommodation. Apartment was clear and we felt comfortable. Owner is friendly and helpful. We read last reviews and we brought earplugs :)

The hosts were more than accommodating upon arrival, with quick responses on how we were to check in ourselves which made it a lot easier and smoother. They were always only a text away and quick to reply so any query’s were answered promptly. The property itself had all the facilities needed to make it feel like our own personal space. The kitchen was furnished with dishes and cutlery (anything needed for cooking was provided) and the oven was very easy to use. A fridge freezer was also present to keep our water and food refrigerated after a long day in the city. The bathroom was nicely decorated with the tiling and shower unit laid out nicely. The seating area was great featuring two fold out sofa beds which were quite comfy to sleep on. A large flat screen was also present and was a clear quality tv. The AC unit was great to have as well as the fans in both rooms which kept the climate cool during hot days. The bed was huge and comfy also with fresh and clean bedsheets provided. Other amenities such as blankets, spare pillows, ironing board and iron, clean towels all made the trip that much more enjoyable. The location is great, with it only being a 5-10 minute walk to the closest subway line which headed towards the city. This made it so much easier to get around and walking home at night felt safe, with friendly neighbors greeting us. The trash cans in the alley behind the house made it easy to dispose of the buildup of waste takeout packaging etc, instead of leaving in the property’s trash. It was a great value for money property and I would highly recommend anyone who would like to explore the city of Chicago to give this property a try! The only bad thing which nothing can be changed about was the subway line that ran pretty close to the house. It can get noisy sometimes but after a while it’s hardly noticed. If you’re a heavy sleeper you won’t even notice it (like me).

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Even a toddler bed for our daughter! The location is great and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

I traveled home to Chicago with my 1 year old and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, safe and welcoming. Our host Martin was exceptional! Communication was constant, professional and prompt. Martin was extremely accommodating and even recommended an amazing taco spot, Pacos tacos. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
